How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Please allow 7 working days (but we are usually quicker than this!). You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
Our postage and packaging charge is £3.99 on most items - this has seen a small increase due to the latest Royal mail postage fees. All orders over £35.00 receive free UK second class tracked postage. We are currently only delivering within the UK.
How long does delivery take?
All of our parcels are sent UK second class tracked postage for your peace of mind and security. Please allow 7 working days for your parcel to arrive in case of Royal mail delivery issues.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns but please do contact us via Instagram @fluffandtumbletoys or via email at hello@fluffandtumbletoys.co.uk if you would like to discuss any issues with your order.
How long do my toys and forage last?
We recommend to store your toys in air tight containers to ensure maximum freshness. They are consumable up to 2 months after purchase.
What safety policies do Fluff & Tumble have in place to ensure the products I buy are great for my bunnies?
At Fluff and Tumble, we take health and safety very seriously. All of our products are made in an environment where cleanliness & safety are the utmost priority. Our toys are made with dried forage and bunny safe 'glue' which is made from oat flour and water combined. Everything used to make our products would be safe for bunnies to consume, with the exception of twine on our Flower of Love toy which we don't advise bunnies are allowed to consume.
How do I make sure my bunnies are safe when playing with their Fluff & Tumble toys?
Please always supervise your bunny while playing with our toys - we cannot accept any liability from injuries or illness from any animal consuming our products. All products are made with bunny safe products and materials which have been tested by our own bunnies Pepper & Patch, CTOs (chief taste officers), and the bunnies we support at our local rescue centre.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
No you won't because we are not a registered VAT business.
